The City is willing to review or monitor the Applica�cn only if the Owner agrees to reimbu�se the City for the actual costs expended by the City on behalf bf,or on account of,the Owner. NOW THEREFORE,THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOW3: � 1. DEPOSIT REQUiRED. Contemporaneously with e executfon of this Escrow Agreement,the Owner shap deposlt$�(�Escrow") with the Ci neaessary to secure coverage of the total costs assoc�ated with review, approvai, and monftoring the Application. The purpose of the Escrow is to guarpntee reimbursement to the City for expenditures including but not be limited#o staff time,at the�ates estabtished by the City Council, )n exoess of that covered by the standard appiication fees, eng(neering consultant and legal oonsultant expenses incurred by the City in revlewing and approving the Applics�tion and all other city staff administra�ve and consultant seryices pertormed in the processtng of said�evlsw ahd approval, • 8uildlna/�onfng. The purpose of the escrow is to guaraMee completion ofthe site plan as approved and the provision of the as-butlt survey as requi�ed by the Building officlai. « Acs�ssoro Stnacture. The purpose of the Escrow is to guarantee re(tnbursement to the City for expenditures including but not Iimtted to staff Ume, at the rates established by the City Administt�tor, engineering and legal consuitant expenses incuRed by the City in removing an accessory bullding if the Owner faiis#o perform tAe obiiga�ons in Orono City Code Section 78-1432 and ali aiher City staff administrative ar�d consut4ant services performed in removing the accessory building, including land stabilization. ■ I„�S.
