The property <br /> owners received the following variances: <br /> Lot area and Lot Width <br /> Hardcover <br /> Lot Coverage <br /> Items observed during my review: <br /> • Need resolution signed <br /> • Need demolition permit <br /> • Landscape Plan: <br /> o Doesn't match survey <br /> o Sidewalk looks different <br /> o Need clarification on patio location <br /> o Need clarification on stone steps(lakeside of house) <br /> o Steps to lake need to be part of the hardcover calculation.
