The grade around the building area appears to be being raised around 2 feet. Special care will need to be <br /> exercised in creating the drainage pattern on the sides of the property to ensure that run off is not directed onto <br /> the neighboring properties. <br /> 5. Perimeter sediment control measures should be installed by the Contractor and inspected by the City prior to <br /> any work, including demolition.
