w <br /> � <br /> Lake Minnetonka Conservation District <br /> 900 East Wayzata.Blvd. Suite 160 <br /> Wayzata, Minnesota 55391 No.65-95 <br /> DEICING LICEN5E <br /> WHEREAS, _ Walter Wittmer has paid the sum of 125.00 DOLLARS to the <br /> Treasurer of the Lake Minnetonka Conservation Distrid as required by the Ordinances of said <br /> District and has agreed to comply with all the requirements of applicable Obinances necessary <br /> for obtaining this license; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, By order of the Board of Directors of said District,the applicarrt is hereby <br /> permitted and authorized to operate deiang equipment in agreement with the appiication on file <br /> with the District, subjed to the following requirements: <br /> That, except as provided below,the eMire area of open water or weakened ice is <br /> enclosed by a semi opaque fence which is at least four feet in height; <br /> � That the entire fence,the area enclosed by the fence and the area deiced is lighted from <br /> one-half hour before sunset to one-half hour after sun�ise; <br /> That lights are to be direded so as to not affed adjointng dock use areas; <br /> That the errtire fenced area is marked by a minimum of six(6) reflectorized waming <br /> signs at least every 50 feet around the perimeter of the fence; <br /> That an easily identifiable and accessible oNoff switch is located near the unit on the <br /> dock; <br /> That the installation is monitored on a daily basis; <br /> in no case may deicing extend or affect areas beyond the dock use area for which this <br /> permit is issued; <br /> During the periods prior to the generally accepted total Lake freeze-over in the fall and <br /> following the beginning of the final thaw in the spring,the shoreline along the area <br /> deiced is fence with a semi opaque fence which is at least four feet in heigM and <br /> marked by reflectorizing waming signs visible from 50 feet and installed every 50 feet <br /> along the shoreline. <br /> for the period of the 1995-96 season and ending April 20, 1995 subject to all the conditions and <br /> provisions of said Ordinances. <br /> Approved by the Executive Director of the Lake Minnetonka Conservation Distrid this 24th day <br /> of Odober, 1995. <br /> ive Diredo <br />
