All hardcover improvements scheduled for removal as shown on Page 5 of this <br /> resoiution shall be completed prior to the footing inspection for the new <br /> construction. � <br /> 2. Authorities granted by this variance run with the property not with the <br /> applicants, but are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a <br /> building pernut within one year of the date of Council approval, or this variance <br /> will expire on that date (December 9, 1997). <br /> 3.
