Also the site plan does <br /> not depict the proposed draining pattern. <br /> Based on the spot elevation provided it appears that the proposed retaining wall will be well over 4ft tall . Retaining <br /> walls over 4ft tall require a engineered design signed by a licensed engineer. <br /> The existing retaining wall does not appear to be marked or annotated for removal. <br /> The plan depicts work in the county right of way.
