I arrived and spoke to the RP, Randgaard. He said the <br /> construction workers have been parking on his yard and making it difficult for emergency vehicles to get <br /> by. The RP did have signs in his yards posted no parking along his property. He also pointed out where <br /> vehicles had driven onto his grass. I could see what appeared to be fresh tire tracks on his lawn. There was <br /> a large dumpster blocking the circle and a construction trailer also blocking. If there had been a fire a fire <br /> truck would not have been able to turn around. I had to turn around carefully by reversing. I mentioned to <br /> the RP to call when the construction workers are present and see where they are parking. This should be <br /> forwarded to the city.
