The following comment(s)outline the changes and/or additional information that must be submitted so <br /> that we can further evaluate the plans and specifications for compliance with the standards of this deparhnent: <br /> 1. Please indicate in which mechanical room the water meter and water heater will be located. <br /> 2. The submitted plans indicate two existing toilet rooms,a kitchen sink,and a baz sink on the upper level,and <br /> three new toilet rooms on the lower level. T'he existing water service may not be adequately sized to <br /> accommodate the new fixtures, especially if it is 3/4-inch. Please provide the following information so that <br /> adequate sizing of the water distribution system may be verified: <br /> a. The maximum developed length of water distribution piping between the meter and the most remote <br /> outlet. <br /> b. The building water pressure at the meter. <br /> c. The pipe size of the existing water service. <br /> d. The location of the branch serving the existing fixtures on the water riser diagram. <br /> Please verify that the existing water service is adequately sized and if not,revise the plans to show additional <br /> capacity. Please submit a utility plan if a new water service will be required. <br /> 3. Provide a floor plan showing the location of all horizontal waste piping and all pipe sizes. <br /> 4. Please revise the riser diagrams to show the drinking fountain shown on the floor plan. <br /> 5. The submitted plan review fee was$150. However,the plans indicate 27 drainage fixture units,for which <br /> the required plan review fee is$250. Accordingly,please submit an additional$100 for the plan review. <br /> Please submit the requested information promptly so we may complete our plan review. No construction related to <br /> the above-referenced plans shall begin until approval is provided by our office.
