i O <br /> /� � <br /> � O O <br /> ��e - CITY of URONO <br /> � � <br /> �� G'� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��kESH��'� NO. � G � � <br /> CONCLUSIONS, ORDER, AND CONDITIONS <br /> Based upon one or more of the above findings, the Orono City Council hereby grants a <br /> conditional use permit per Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.43, Subdivision 4(K) to permit a <br /> church use on the property in the B-4 zoning district. Approval is subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> � 1. The City reserves its right to recall or reconsider the conditional use permit as it <br /> relates to additional parking needs or future parking improvements. <br /> 2. Parking areas shall be striped as shown on the parking plan. <br /> 3. Any change or more intense use of the property will require an amendment to the <br /> conditional use permit. Including adding additional services, expansion of the <br /> building for the church use, and/or increasing the size of the main assembly hall. <br /> • 4. The conditional use permit shall remain in effect as long as the conditions agreed <br /> upon are observed, and the use does not cease for a period of more than 6 months. <br /> If the use of the property as a church would cease for a period of 6 months a new <br /> conditional use permit is required. <br /> 5. The property shall remain in conformance with the site plan attached as Exhibit A to <br /> this resolution. Any future alteration to the site plan,that will expand the conditional <br /> use, shall require an amendment to this conditional use permit approval. � <br /> 6. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the applicants, <br /> but are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a building permit <br /> within one year of the date of Council's approval or the special conditions of this <br /> resolution will expire on that date (July 23, 2001). <br /> 7. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br /> resolution shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically <br /> � terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 8. The undersigned applicant has read,understood and hereby agree to the terms of this <br /> resolution and on behalf of themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns, hereby <br /> � agree to the recording of this resolution in the Chain of Title of the property. <br /> Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 23rd day of July, 2001. � <br /> Page 4 of 6 <br />
