Copy of <br /> inspection record is attached. Also an as-built survey is required. <br /> We continue to hold an escrow of $2,500 pertaining to the additional/remodel project. In order <br /> to begin the process to release the escrow, a final re-inspection must be called for and pass; <br /> and submittal of an as-built survey is required so we may verify conformance with approved <br /> permit plans. Once our engineer determines the property conforms to the approved building <br /> permit plans, approved grading plan, etc. your escrow can be refunded. <br /> Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
