The total allowable square footage shall not exceed 100 square feet per side. The base and <br /> supporting material sha11 constitute at least 25 percent of the total square footage. The structure surrounding the face of the sign from <br /> the base to the top of the sign must be solid, continuous, and consist of the base materials or <br /> complementary materials that match the appeazance and color of the principal building.
