(JE)visited the above referenced site to perform a official <br /> wetland delineation in accordance with the 1987 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation <br /> Manual and the August 2010 Regional Supplement to the Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation: <br /> Midwest Region. <br /> Adjacent site land use includes residential, wetlands, and woodlands consisting of plants and trees typical <br /> of a suburban area. This parcel is a combination of fivF commercial, vacant, and residential lots with <br /> woodland, and wetlands as shown on Figure 7. Figure 1 is a site location map of the property. All figures <br /> referenced by this report are presented at the end of the text.
