I called the RP for more <br /> i�iformation and she s�ated this is an ongoing problem with Gary at Amstar. She stated he becomes verball5� <br /> abusive when approached regarding the matter. She informed me that on the previous day, he had parked a <br /> large pontoon boat on a trailer blocking two of the lot entrai�ces as well as a fire hydrant (see picture taken <br /> by RP). <br /> I spoke with Gary regarding the matter and informed him that tl�e area in which lle has been parking has <br /> �aeer, marked b�the city as a no parking zone on the ground in yel]ow paint. I also advised that any further <br /> vioiations could result in citations. I-�e was cooperative and agreed not to park there.
