Within the B-2 district parking may not be allowed in any required yard or landscaping area. <br /> Within the B-1,B-3 and B-4 districts,parking spaces and/or garages shall be located in areas other than a required yard; <br /> except that parking may be located in a rear yard to within three feet of the rear or side lot line unless the rear or side lot <br /> line is in common with an R district;in which case the setback distance shall be the same as required for the R district. <br />
