The police completed <br /> their background investigation and found no issues. Attached is a new license, adding the above <br /> therapist. According to City Code Section 26-36, this license must be dispiayed in a public location <br /> within the salon. Referenced code sections are enclosed for your information. <br /> As noted on the license, only the following massage therapists are covered under the Eclectic Spalon <br /> massage therapy license: <br /> • Jen Berg • Thomas Everson <br /> • Kristen Anderson • Ann Marie Murphy <br /> Any individual who provides massage therapy services must be covered under the current license. <br /> Please be aware, performing massage therapy services without a license is a violation of City Code <br /> Section 31-11. If you wish to add new massage therapists to your license prior to the annual renewal <br /> date, the individual must complete an Appiication for Massage Therapy License, Part III and return it to <br /> the City of Orono.
