<br />1. The orientation of this bearing system is based on the east line of Lot 5, Block 1, "Wiley's Park" Lake Minnetonka
<br />which is assumed to have a bearing of North 18 degrees 44 minutes 24 seconds East.
<br />2. The total area of the property described hereon is 13,903 square feet or 0.319 acres (Measured from the Ordinary
<br />High Water elevation contour). The area of the property hereon described less areas used for right-of-way purposes
<br />(1,706 square feet or 0.039 acres) is 12,197 square feet or 0.280 acres (Measured from the Ordinary High Water
<br />elevation contour).
<br />3. The legal description and easement information used in the preparation of this survey is based on the
<br />Commitment for Title Insurance prepared by Attorney's Title of Stillwater, Commitment No. CA -0358006, dated
<br />November 16, 2007.
<br />4. Existing utilities, services and underground structures shown hereon were located either physically, from existing
<br />records made available to us or by resident testimony. Other utilities and services may be present. Verification and

<br />flood elevations determined) per FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map Number 27053CO303E, dated September 2, 2004.
<br />Flood Zone AE is bounded by the 931 contour as shown on said map.
