As the survey reflects,the proposed spa is forward of the average lakeshore setback and cannot be permitted. <br /> If the property owner chooses to pursue placement of the spa forward of the average lakeshore setback,a variance is <br /> required. Attached is a copy of the variance application. A variance application requires a $700 application fee and a <br /> $2,500 escrow.
