This letter is to inform you that the City of Orono <br /> requires building permits for sheds and regulates the placement on properties. <br /> Orono municipal code does not allow any buildings within 75' of the Lake. Therefore the <br /> building must be moved to an acceptable location or removed from the property. A deadline of <br /> October 1, 2001 has been established for compliance.
