the said second party for its successors and assigns, that no spirituous or <br /> intoxicating liquors or beverages shall ever be sold or vended on any part of the <br /> above named premises, and that if the same is done habitually, with the <br /> knowledge and consent of the owner or willfully and repeatedly done, then this <br /> deed shall be void and the premises immediately revert to the said party of the <br /> first part, its successors and that they may immediately so enter and take <br /> possession thereof. <br /> To have and to hold the same, together with all the hereditaments and pertinences thereunto <br /> belonging or in any wise pertaining unto the said party of the second part, its successors and <br /> assigns forever. And the said Investor's Security Company, party of the first part, for itself and <br /> its successors, does covenant with the said parry of the second part, its successors and assigns, <br /> that it is well-seized in fee of the lands and premises aforesaid, and has good right to sell and <br /> convey the same in manner and form aforesaid and that the same are free from all <br /> encumbrances, and the above bargained and granted lands and premises by the quiet and <br /> peaceful possession of the said party of the second party, its successors and assigns, against all <br /> persons lawfully claiming or to claim the whole or any part thereof, the said party of the first <br /> part will warrant and defend. <br /> In testimony whereof, the said party of the first part has caused these present to be executed in <br /> its corporate name by its president and its secretary and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed <br /> the day and year first above written. <br /> 2 <br />
