As a result, Staff observed the fire truck <br /> displaying business signage remains on the property. The signage on the fire truck violates allowed <br /> � ' signage in a residential zone, specifically violating City Code Section 78-1467. The fire truck also <br /> 1� ; violates the gross vehicle weight limit in the residential zoning district, specifically violating City Code <br /> r section 78-1577(3). These code sections were previously sent to you on August 30, 2012. <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that the property must be brought into compliance before <br /> Monday, October 1, 2012. In order to bring your property into compliance the fire truck must be <br /> removed from the property or stored in an enclosed structure before Monday, October 1, 2012. <br /> _ Please be advised, if you fail to comply with this notice, this matter will be sent to the City Attorney <br /> for review and may result in criminal prosecution.
