After our review we have determined your application is incomplete. The following items must be <br /> submitted or revised in order for your application to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. A survey was submitted, however it does not meet all of the City's survey standards <br /> (enclosed),specifically the average lakeshore setback is not shown. Please add additional details to the survey and <br /> show the average lakeshore setback line. <br /> 2. Hot Tub. The new hot tub shown on the survey does not meet the 10'side yard setback'; a 10' setback from the <br /> deck/porch and appears to be located within the average lakeshore setback. The hot tub must be moved to a <br /> conforming location. See enclosed Swimming Pools and Hot Tubs information packet. <br /> 3. Setbacks. The existing deck is shown set back 7'-8"from the property line,where a 10' setback is required. If it is <br /> determined that the porch is not located within the average lakeshore setback,the porch must be altered to meet <br /> the 10' setback on the North side. If the porch is located within the average lakeshore setback the porch must be <br /> completely removed. <br /> 4. Hardcover Calculations. The property is located in Tier 1 of the Stormwater Cluality Overlay District and is <br /> permitted up to 25% hardcover. Hardcover calculations are shown on the survey; however, please have the <br /> surveyor prepare hardcover calculations, using the City's Hardcover Calculation Worksheet. Attached is a copy of <br /> our hardcover information packet which includes the worksheet. <br /> The above information is required in order for the plan review to continue.
