Violation letters were sent to remove the structure or submit an <br /> after-the-fact permit. <br /> On November 4, 2014 an incomplete after-the-fact building permit was submitted. Additional information <br /> was requested. Repeated attempts were made to the property owner, but no additional information was <br /> ever submitted. <br /> The legality or building practices of this addition were not verified. The screened porch is not a legal, <br /> non-conforming improvement. <br />
