A copy of the survey and hardcover <br /> calculations are attached for your reference. The survey received however is incomplete and does <br /> ' accurately reflect all improvements to the property; including, but not limited to are a fence and stone <br /> : outcroppings along the fence, which we have photographs of from pervious site visits, which are not <br /> . shown on the survey. The fence is not hardcover, but the stone outcropping / stone wall is hardcover <br /> and must be reflected in the hardcover calculations. <br /> All illegal hardcover must be removed and an updated as-built survey and hardcover <br /> calculations submitted before October 19, 2012.
