Several complaints have been <br /> filed with this office concerning that abandoned nature of the property. Staff from <br /> this office have been otrt to the property to verify the concerns of the <br /> complainants. It has been determined that a violation of the city ordinance does <br /> eaist. <br /> I am requesting that the fairly large pile of junl:/debris be removed from the <br /> driveway/road side area of the property. The other issues of failing down <br /> buildings and wild animals living in and around the structures proved to be false. <br /> If the pile of debris is removed by August 12, 2005 I will consider this matter <br /> closed. <br /> Thanlc you in advance for your attention to this matter.
