Since the plan is not to scale, we are unsure <br /> if the proposed driveway changes meet City code requirements. The driveway must be as wide as the <br /> garage...all three stalls and at least 15 deep before it can begin to taper. The proposed plan must be put onto <br /> a survey, by a registered land surveyor. <br /> A zoning application must be submitted, with all the requirements including an updated survey and hardcover <br /> calculations by November 16th. A zoning application is attached. The violations on this property were to be <br /> corrected by October 19, 2012. If we don't receive a complete application by noon on Friday November 16tn <br /> we will be forced to send this matter to the City Attorney for review and may result in legal action. <br /> For your information I have attached a partial copy of a survey dated, October 17, 2012 and hardcover <br /> calculations.
