With the review we will evaluate <br /> whether any changes have aff the validity of the recommend�tions and whether our <br /> recommendations have been c nectly interpreted and implemented in the design and <br /> specifiications. <br /> 7.3 Groundwater Fluctuations I <br /> We made water level measure ents in the borings at the times and under the conditions <br /> stated on the boring logs. 'i'he�ata was interpreted in the text of this report. The period <br /> of observation was relatively s�ort and fluctuations in the groundwater level may occur <br /> due to rainfall,flooding,irrigati n,spring thaw,drainage,and other seasonal and annual <br /> factors not evident at the tim the observations were made. Design drawings and <br /> specifications and construction�lanning should recognize the possibility of fluctuations. <br /> 7.4 Use of Report <br /> 'This report is for the exclusive t�se of Mr. Ale�c Ugorets and their design team to use to <br /> design the proposed structures�,and prepaze construction documents. In the absence of <br /> our written approval,we make!no representation and assume no responsibility to other <br /> parties regarding this report. The data, analysis and recommendations may not be <br /> appropriate for other structures�'or purposes. We recommend that parties contemplating <br /> other structures or purposes co�tact us. <br /> 7.5 Level of Care <br /> Haugo GeoTechnical Services, ILLC has used the degree of slcill and care ordinarily <br /> exercised under similar circums�ance by members of the profession currendy practicing <br /> in this locality.
