Access to data by indi�idual. Upon his tur�her request,an individuai who is the subjecc <br /> of scored privace or public dara on individuals shal!be shown the data wichout any charge to him and;if he desires,shall be info�xned of che contenc <br /> and meaning of chat data. Aher an individual has been shown tfie privace data and informed of ies meaning,the data need not be disclosed to him for <br /> six mon�hs thereafcer unless a dispute or acdon pursuanc to chis secrion is pending or addidonai daca on the individual has been collecced or ereared. <br /> Zhe responsibte auchoriry shall pmvide copies of the privace or public data upon request by che individual subje:c of ehe daca. The responsible auchority <br /> may require the requesang person to pay the accual coscs of malcing,cerdfying,and compiling the copies. <br /> The responsible authoriry shall comply immedia�ely,if possible,with any cequest made pursuant to this subdivision,or wichin five days of <br /> the dace of the request,exciuding Saardays,Sundays and legal hoiidays,if immediate compliance is not possible.
