I <br /> have not completed my zoning review(and may have more information yet to give you) and the building code review has not <br /> begun. <br /> I really wanted to get an email out to you ASAP because one thing I noticed was that you have changed the grading from what <br /> we had previously seen... namely a swale being proposed on the neighbor's property to the south. The City will not approve <br /> such work without a Temporary Construction Easement from the neighbor granted to you.
