Staff <br /> conducted a preliminary review based on the information provided and requests the following items be submitted or <br /> revised in order for your application to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. <br /> a. The copy of the survey submitted(dated 12-16-2015)is not to scale,is not si�ned by the surveyor,and <br /> does not match the scope of the project submitted as the grading and stair changes are not shown. <br /> b. Show the location of the erosion control measures to be installed. <br /> c. Calculate and show the proposed amount of earth movement within 75 feet of the Ordinary High <br /> Water Level(OHWL). <br /> d. A fire pit is shown from 2015 Hennepin County Aerial Photos; however it is not shown on the survey. <br /> Please clarify. <br /> Please provide two copies of an updated, full-size certificate of survey which meets all of the City's survey <br /> standards(enclosed)which includes the landscape plan. The survey and landscape plan should match. <br /> 2. Landscape Plan. The landscape plan submitted is too light to be legible. It is also in two separate pieces. Please <br /> provide two full-size copies of the landscape plan showing grade elevations and details of the proposed <br /> changes to the grade and step/stairs. Detailed and complete landscape plans may be used in place of an <br /> updated survey provided they are signed by a licensed professional. <br /> An as-built survey and hardcover calculations will be required following completion of all projects on this property prior <br /> to the return of escrow money.
