MINNEHAHA CREEIC WATERSHED DISTRICT QUALITY OF WATER QUALITY OF LIFE Inapection/Analvsfs/Monitorins� Fees A site inspection and monitoring by Dis€rict staff will be performed where the aativiiy involves: • a commer�iaUindustriallmulti-family residential development • a singie family residential de�relopment greater than 5 acres or of any size if wi#hin the Minnehaha Creek subwatershed • any alteration of a floodplain or wetland • dredging within the beds, banks or shores of any protected water or wetland � a violatian � any project which in the judgment af the District staff should be inspected due to project loeation, scope, or construction techniques In these ca5es, the applicant shall pay to the District a fee equal to the actual costs of fleld inspection Of fhe work, including investigation of fihe area affected by the work, analysis of tl�e work, and any subsequent monitoring of the work, whieh in the case of a vioCation shall be at least$35.
