� �°�o <br /> C ITY O� ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � � � V � � <br /> `� �'~ N O. <br /> j�k�sxo��' <br /> NQW, THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono City Council hereby <br /> approves this amendmeni to Resolution No. b581 by allow�ing the roof line to be rcorienied per <br /> the revised plans attachcd her�to as Es.hibit A, subject to the foilowing conditions: <br /> 1. Gutters shall be installed alang the s�uth roof line oi'the detached garage to dircct <br /> runaff io the front or rear af the garage and away from the neighbnring lot line to the <br /> immedaate south. <br /> 2. Ail other provisions of Resolution No. 6581 shall remain in full force and effect as if <br /> containal herein. <br /> 3. Authorities�ted by this Resolution run with the Property not with the Owners, but <br /> are permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a building permit for the <br /> project and commencing constniction of said project within one year of the date of <br /> the original Council approval of Resolution No. 6581, or the variancxs will expire on <br /> that date(Februar3� 8, 2017). <br /> 4. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br /> resalution shall con�titute a violation of the zoning code, shall automaiically <br /> terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor, <br /> S.
