The contractor must provide a � <br /> minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to inspection. <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire F,� <br /> project and must remain until vegetation has been established. 't'fi <br /> Care should be taken when finalizing the grade on the north side of the � <br /> home to ensure additional surface run-off is not directed toward the � <br /> neighboring property. <br /> Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy an as-built survey and � <br /> hardcover calculations must be submitted and approved. <br /> In the event of winter or other unfavorable weather conditions (which <br /> prevent the completion of the exterior improvements and/or as-built � <br /> survey) a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) may be necessary.
