I also was at the property a second time to meet with Steve Bennett from <br /> the MN Dept.of Health. <br /> It was determined that the well is in a crawl space and was not accessible for <br /> abandonment. <br /> A variance was applied For and granted,Variance#5102,stating that when the well <br /> bocomes accessible the well will have to be abandoned per MN Dept of Health c.ode by a <br /> licensed well contractor.
