It is not entirely clear to me, but it <br /> appears that you are proposing to do some interior changes to the structure as well as expansion of two stoops and <br /> construction of a covered porch entry. Is this the case? Are you proposing to remove the existing roof? <br /> Any work proposed outside the existing footprint or envelope of the existing house require Planning Commission and <br /> City Council approval of variances. Additionally, the proposed work should be shown on a current survey.
