<br /> SEC. 9.55. MAINTENANCE OF PRIVATE PROPERTY.
<br /> Subd. 1. It is the duty of the owner of e��e�y vacant property ana the.

<br /> neat, ciear. anci presentable manner free cf any junk, debris , refuse,
