The white plastic car port that had been placed on the property has not been <br /> removed. I had requested that the structure be removed by May 17, 2006. It does not <br /> conform to any type of standard in the International Building Code for anchoring, snow <br /> load, wind shear and must be removed. <br /> I must now require that the car port be removed from the property within seven days from <br /> the receipt of this letter. If you do not remove the car port the City will forward this <br /> matter on to the City Attorney.
