Upon his fu�ther request,an individual who is the subjec� <br /> of stored private or public data on individuals shall be shown�he dara wiaouc any c'aarge to him and;if he desires,shall be informed of the coatent <br /> and meaning of chac daca. The responsible authociry <br /> may require rhe requesdng person W pay the actual cosu of making,cerying,and compiling the copies. <br /> 'Ihe responsible authoriry shall comply immedia[ely,if possible,wirh any request made punuant to this subdivision,or within five days of <br /> the date of the requesc,ezciuding Saairdays,Sundays and(cgal holidays,if im.�nediace compliance is not possible. If he cannot comply with the request <br /> wiehin thac ame,he shall so inform che individual,and may have an addiconal five days wi[hin which to comply with the request,excluding Satutdays, <br /> Sundays and lega(holidays. <br /> Subd.4. Procedure when data i�not accurate oc complete. An individual may conust the accuracy or completeness of pubiic or private <br /> data concerning himself.
