PERMIT NO. 27007 SPECIAL PROVISIONS CSAH 19/ +/- 800' North of W. Jct. of CSAH 51 Workin� Hours/Workina Davs: The contractor shall use all available resources to expedite construction�vork within this area. Material Stora�e: Equipment stora�e and/or material stockpiles will not be permitted within County right-of-way. All equipment must be moved off County property at the conclusion of each workday. The permittee shall ensure the clear zone recovery area is not impeded, at any time, with any construction equipment or supplies. Traffic Control: This_permit will be rejected if anv contractor emplovee does r.ot wear an approved safetv vest while occu�vin� Countv propertv. Stripin /�Si,�nin;; The Permittee shall notify Hennepin County prior to any sign disruption. The Permittee shall be responsible for immediate replacement, to "MnMUTCD" Standards, of any pavement markings or signing removed during this project. Pedestrian Traffic: The Permittee shall maintain, at all times, safe facilities for pedestrians/bicyclists through the project area. Access to Local Businesses and Residences: The Permittee shall maintain, at all times, any and all esisting access to adjoining properties and residential streets. Miscellaneous: Any Hennepin County survey monuments, disturbed during the construction, shall be collected and stored at one location by the permittee. The Surveyor's office shall be notified at (612) 348- 3131 to pickup any monuments. Any mailboxes disturbed by this project shall, immediately, be re-established to original or better condition. Any fence constructed as part of this project shall be installed in such a fashion as to not impede sight distance to adjoining driveways. All structure casting elevations shall match existing surratmding terrain. The permittee shall incorporate adequate erosion control measures to ensure CSAH 19 right-of- way or existing drainage devices/ditches are not impacted. If erosion and/or site sediment is deposited within County property, the permittee shall immediately cease all operations within County property and restore such to original or better condition. This permit is issued "after-the-fact". The fence was installed �vithin County property and therefore eYists at the discretion of Hennepin County. The fence may at some future time require relocation inside the private property of the homeowner. This entire relocation cost would be borne by the permittee. 1 of 2 �
