PERMIT NO. 27007 SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> CSAH 19/ +/- 800' North of W. Jct. of CSAH 51 <br /> Workin� Hours/Workina Davs: <br /> The contractor shall use all available resources to expedite construction�vork within this area. <br /> Material Stora�e: <br /> Equipment stora�e and/or material stockpiles will not be permitted within County right-of-way. <br /> All equipment must be moved off County property at the conclusion of each workday. The <br /> permittee shall ensure the clear zone recovery area is not impeded, at any time, with any <br /> construction equipment or supplies. <br /> Traffic Control: <br /> This_permit will be rejected if anv contractor emplovee does r.ot wear an approved safetv <br /> vest while occu�vin� Countv propertv. <br /> Stripin /�Si,�nin;; <br /> The Permittee shall notify Hennepin County prior to any sign disruption. The Permittee shall be <br /> responsible for immediate replacement, to "MnMUTCD" Standards, of any pavement markings <br /> or signing removed during this project. <br /> Pedestrian Traffic: <br /> The Permittee shall maintain, at all times, safe facilities for pedestrians/bicyclists through the <br /> project area. <br /> Access to Local Businesses and Residences: <br /> The Permittee shall maintain, at all times, any and all esisting access to adjoining properties and <br /> residential streets. <br /> Miscellaneous: <br /> Any Hennepin County survey monuments, disturbed during the construction, shall be collected <br /> and stored at one location by the permittee. The Surveyor's office shall be notified at (612) 348- <br /> 3131 to pickup any monuments. <br /> Any mailboxes disturbed by this project shall, immediately, be re-established to original or better <br /> condition. <br /> Any fence constructed as part of this project shall be installed in such a fashion as to not impede <br /> sight distance to adjoining driveways. <br /> All structure casting elevations shall match existing surratmding terrain. <br /> The permittee shall incorporate adequate erosion control measures to ensure CSAH 19 right-of- <br /> way or existing drainage devices/ditches are not impacted. If erosion and/or site sediment is <br /> deposited within County property, the permittee shall immediately cease all operations within <br /> County property and restore such to original or better condition. <br /> This permit is issued "after-the-fact". The fence was installed �vithin County <br /> property and therefore eYists at the discretion of Hennepin County. The fence <br /> may at some future time require relocation inside the private property of the <br /> homeowner. This entire relocation cost would be borne by the permittee. <br /> 1 of 2 � <br />
