Hennepin County owns approximately 110' of right-of-way in front of your <br /> property. <br /> According to City tiles, the southwes�� �orner u:your garage is 3.4' from tYie frondstreet property <br /> line. Any fence or gate along a !�ront�:�:x?et pr,�nerty li�e for lakesh�re property is required to be 6 <br /> ft. or less in height and located t:ither on the property line ��r with>>� the Lot:.ndaries of the property <br /> line. It does not appeaz that the fence conforms to the location requirement. It also appeazs that tiie <br /> gate is on the County's property. <br /> I am not awaze that you have received permission from Hennepin County to locate a fence on their <br /> property. If you have received permission from the County to use their property in this manner, <br /> please provide me with this information so that I may place it in the street file for this property. If <br /> you do not have permission,the fence anci gate need to be removed or relocated to be in compliance <br /> with City ordinance.
