o If the proposed disturbance area is between 1 & 5 acres, financial assurance in the <br /> amount of$1500 is required. <br /> • Written verification that all existing trees within the silt fence area(if any)that are going <br /> to remain throughout construction will have protective fencing so as to exclude all fill <br /> and equipment from the drip line or critical root zone, whichever is greater, of all <br /> vegetation to be retained <br /> • Verification that 6"of topsoil or organic matter will be spread and incorporated into the <br /> underlying soil during final site treatment wherever topsoil has been removed <br /> • Permanent stabilization method for disturbed areas <br /> o The attached supplemental form can be used to provide some of the information <br /> requested above <br /> • Identification and location of all existing and planned underground utilities,to be <br /> concentrated in corridors where safe,practical and feasible <br /> Wetland Protection Rule <br /> • Draft declaration documenting the wetland buffer on the property(see attached template). <br /> After the declaration is approved by the District, it must be recorded in the office of the <br /> county recorder or registrar.
