(6.0 feet off foundation per survey)
Lath 3- line at corner of neighbors garage. (7.1 feet off foundation per survey)
Lath 4 -marks pin(mid span)
Lath 5 - line at edge of house near wall termination. (6.0 feet off foundation)
Lath 6 -marks pin(lake side).
Pictures to follow in same order as described above.
Any questions let me know.
Thanks,
Greg
On Aug 4, 2015 5:40 PM, "Greg Eibensteiner" <reg.eibensteiner(a),gmail.com>wrote:
' Hi Melanie -
''' Their are pins and(were) stakes in the ground at each end and in the middle. We are having a hard time
`'; getting sod to grow there so we pulled the stakes to install new turf again. I gave very strict instructions to
'' leave the pins just cut around them. They did as I asked. I can put the stakes back; we thought this was all
' done when we never heard anything further so I never put the wood laths back, but the pins are still there. We
'' are going to have to replace some turf again, but I think we will wait until it cools down this time.
`' I think Randy and his field guy had some miss communications (or labeling) and that is were the problem
`'` was. The wall is in the same spot it has been in since Randy was out doing the survey. I can measure it again
`` for you, but I believe unless the earth has shifted the back of the wall is still more than a couple of inches (3-
`` 4)to the 1880 side of the property line.
Let me check it in the morning and get back to you. I will also reinstall the stakes next to the pins so you can
find them.
' Thanks,
` Greg
: On Tue, Aug 4, 2015 at 2:37 PM, Melanie Curtis <MCurtis(aci.orono.mn.us>wrote:
Greg and Randy—
`., I just received your note, Greg. I'm still looking for clarification on the survey discrepancies. Was the new wall moved?
Has a property stake been placed midway along the lot line close to the wall as we discussed? I'd like to inspect once
; '; the stake is placed.
1
