Your <br /> application is incomplete. Staff conducted a preliminary review based on the information provided and recommends <br /> the following items to be submitted or revised in order for your application to be considered complete and for the <br /> plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Sunrey. The survey submitted dated November 25, 2014 shows replacement of an existing <br /> retaining wall and construction of a new retaining wall. <br /> a. The City has no record of the retaining wall that was replaced. Please provide documentation, <br /> photos,survey,etc.to show it was pre-existing. <br /> b. The new retaining wall must be removed because it does not meet a 5' setback from the property <br /> line.
