On April 20, 2015 you met with Melanie Curtis to discuss the December 17th letter and resolution <br /> to the unpermitted wall. To-date we have not received the requested updated information and therefore the <br /> application remains incomplete. The following items must be submitted or revised in order for your application to be <br /> considered complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. The survey submitted dated November 25, 2014 shows replacement of an existing <br /> retaining wall and construction of a new retaining wall. <br /> a. Provide a statement from the surveyor attesting to the location of the wall within the property line. <br /> b. Show a blow-up of the retaining wall area showing scale with greater detail of the wall location. <br /> c. Provide a property land stake near wall location. <br /> d. Show top and bottom of wall elevation at various locations along the wall. <br /> Please note this is considered work-without a permit in violation of City Code Section 86-37. Please submit the above <br /> information before Monday, July 6, 2015 to resolve the violation.
