Per Orono municipal code section 78-1281 you are allowed a lockbox no greater <br /> than 20 square feet in area and no higher than 48 inches in height within 75feet of the lake. <br /> This letter is to require you to remove the shed from the property or obtain a building permit and <br /> reduce the size of the structure to meet code.
