In that <br /> resolution, you as owners of the property were given the <br /> opportunity to use said structures for leqal non-rental purposes, - <br /> exclusively for guests, or as assessory structures for possible <br /> storage, etc. uses. <br /> If said structures are to be used as guest houses a Conditional <br /> Use Permit will be required by the City 'to legally establish the <br /> structures as guest house units. A Conditional Use Permit is a <br /> land use application requiring review and approval by the <br /> Planning Commission and the City Council. The filing dates for <br /> all land use applications are 25 days before the 3rd Monday of <br /> each month (- June 20th Pianning Commission meeting, deadline <br /> date is May 27, 1988 , July 18th Planning Commission meeting, <br /> deadline date is June 24th, 1988). <br /> If structures are to remain as assessory structures for approved <br /> assessory residential uses specific alterations to the structures <br /> will be required by the City as follows: <br /> 1. The sealing off of existing sewer lines serving each <br /> unit. <br /> 2. Removal of all plumbing fixtures. <br /> These alterations should be completed by July 29, 1988. <br /> You also may consider using one structure as a guest house and <br /> the other as an assessory structure. In any event, the City must <br /> ask that you submit a written statement concerning your <br /> intentions regarding the future use of the structures after all <br /> rental use ceases as of July 1, 1988.
