We have received the properly <br /> complaint and it will be forwarded to the appropriate City staff for review and complaint <br /> investigation, which may involve a property inspection. If violations of the City Code are <br /> identified, the properly owner will be notified of the violation and be provided a timeline for <br /> compliance. <br /> Please be aware, it is not the City's standard practice to offer status updates or progress reports <br /> to complainants regarding property violations as they are classified as ongoing investigations <br /> until closed.
