The two adj acent City lots <br /> to the irrunediate south of your property were acquired by the City through tax forfeiture,and are held by <br /> the City for drainage and open space purposes. These two lots contain mostly wetlands, and do not <br /> contain sufficient usable land to be considered as buildable.The large parcel to the west of your property <br /> is listed by Hennepin County as`Heiuiepin Forfeited Land-Not For Sale/Waterfront',and is entirely <br /> wetland. <br /> After having discussed your proposal with the City Administrator,I believe the City would accept your <br /> properties as a donation,to be retained permanently for open space and drainage purposes.
