This permit authorizes removal of all principal and accessory structures located on the property. <br /> 2. This permit does not authorize removal of any trees that may be contemplated for removal as part of the <br /> subdivision Planting Plan. <br /> 3. This permit does not allow any site grading except as may be necessary in the immediate area of the removed <br /> buildings to fill in basement excavations. <br /> 4.
