� I ' 4 Sec.13.0.t RIGHTS OF SUBJECTS OF D:�T?, Subd. 1. Type of data. 'Ihe rights of individual on whom�e data is storc3 or to be stored shall be as set focth in this secaon. Subd.2. Information reqirired to be given individual. Tht commissioner of revenue mav place the noace reauired erd-r this subdivision in the individual income tax or oropertv tax refund inscnicdons instead of on chose forms. Subd.3. Access to data by indicidual. Upon request to a r_ransible a�choriry,an individual shall be informed whe�her he is the subject oF scomd data on individuals,and whecher it is ctassified as public,pdvac�or confidecrial. Upon his further request,an iadividual who is[he subject of scorcd private or public data on individuals shail be shown the dara wiu out any c'nsrge to him and;if he desires,sball be informed of the concent and meaning of chac dara. Afczr an individual has been shown the priva��an and iL;ormed of ics meaning,che data need not be d'uclosed to him for six moa:tu thereaiter unless a dispute or acrion pursuant to[his secdon is rending or addidonal data on the individual has been collecced or creaced. The responsible authoriry shall provide copies of the private or public da�e�on requ:s:by the individual subject of che daca. The responsible authoriry may requir��he requesring person to pay the acmai coscs of makin¢,ce.=:;ing,ar.d compiling the copies. The responsible auchoriry shall comply immediacely,if possible,wi�Y►any r_quest made punuant to this subdivision,or within five days of the dac�of the reques�,excluding Saturdays,Sundays and legal holidays,ii is.mediace compliance is not possible. If he canaot comply wich che requesc wichin�hac time,he shail so inform the individual,and may have an addi�ecal five days wi[hin which to comply wi�h the request,excluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays.
