Please note that if the driveway is not constructed according to a plan <br /> approved by MCWD, it will not be considered a pervious surface, and therefore the subdivision will exceed 20% <br /> impervious surface and a stormwater management plan will be needed for the entire development when future homes <br /> are proposed. <br /> Prior to January 4,2018 please provide me with: <br /> • Copies of the Orono hardcover calculation sheet for aFl three homes permitted in Shadywood Villas <br /> • A detail drawing of the permeable paver areas including the location of all underdrains <br /> • Cross section and materials specifications for the paver areas. <br /> • Additional materials may be requested to ensure compliance with the Stormwater Management Rule and the <br /> Minnesota Stormwater Manual <br /> Construction of driveways may not take place until the design for the paver areas has been reviewed and approved by <br /> MCWD.
